Anti-Bloat Chocolate Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoon Honey
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until you reach the desired thickness. Drink and enjoy.
Berry Beautiful Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup berry mix
- 1/2 cup coconut Milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/8 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon Honey
Directions
Blend everything together until you reach a smoothie consistency. Rinse your berries before you use them, unless they're frozen. When detoxing, organic produce is always recommended.
Ginger Detox Drink
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce kale or collard greens
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 apple
- 1 meyer lemon, peeled
- 1/2 inch of ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon chlorella
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoon Honey
Directions
Blend together until smooth.
Glowing Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 head organic romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 stalks organic celery
- 1/2 head of a large bunch of spinach
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 banana
- juice of a lemon
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Directions
Add water and chopped head of romaine to blender. Blend at a low speed until smooth. Add spinach, celery, apple, and pear, and blend at high speed. Finish with banana and lemon.
Peanut Butter, Banana, and Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Directions
Grind chia seeds and oats in spice or coffee grinder until they are a fine powder. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
Raspberry-Beet Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup red grapes
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh beet
- 1 container lemon non-fat Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoon Honey
- 1 cup ice
