It’s grilling season & we couldn’t be more excited! This grilled chicken recipe is a favorite of ours. We know you’ll love it too.
Honey Glaze Grilled Chicken with Bruschetta:
Honey Glaze:
4 Tbs Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon- juiced
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1 1/2 Tsp Rocky Mountain Honey or Teton Valley Wildflower
1 Tsp Salt
Fresh Pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together & whisk to combine. Transfer to resealable plastic bag along with chicken. Seal & chill for 30 minutes.
Transfer chicken to grill. Grill chicken 5-7 minutes each side or until fully cooked. While chicken is still on grill, top each piece with 1 slice provolone cheese. Let melt 1-2 minutes.
Tomato Mixture:
4 Tomatoes, diced
1/2 Lemon, juiced
Fresh Basil Leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste.
Top chicken with tomato mixture & serve.
