Sunday’s are a great day to gather with your family & eat a delicious meal. Here’s one of our favorites.
Fish Tacos with Honey Mustard Sauce:
Cod or Halibut filets
Breading:
1 c Half & Half
2 c Flour
2 T Salt
Dip Fish in 1/2 & 1/2 first. Then roll in four mixture. Fry on electric skillet.
Honey Mustard Sauce:
1/4 c Mustard
1/4 c Rocky Mountain Honey
1/4 c Cilantro Avocado Dressing
Stir all 3 ingredients together well.
Condiments:
Cole Slaw
Lemons
Jalapeños
Pico de Gallo
Cotija Cheese
Mexican blend Shredded Cheese
Corn or Flour Tortillas
Assemble Tacos with a tortilla, fish, whatever condiments you choose & drizzle with Honey Mustard Sauce.
