You might end up making this flavorful recipe more than once this week. It’s the perfect combination of a crisp exterior, crusted with a sweet honey glaze. Lip-smacking good!
Honey Glazed Salmon:
4 Salmon Filets
4 Tbs Flour
4 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Olive Oil
Browned Butter Lemon Sauce:
6 Tbs Butter
1 Tbs Honey
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Garlic Cloves (Pressed)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Melt butter on medium heat in a small sauce pan. Stir constantly until butter turns a golden brown. (About 3 minutes). Add garlic & honey. Stir well. Remove from heat & set aside.
Season salmon with salt & pepper. Dredge each salmon filet with 1 Tbs flour & drizzle with 1 Tbs honey.
Sear both sides of salmon in 1 Tbs Olive Oil on medium heat.
Place seared salmon on baking sheet & into oven. Bake until completely cooked through. About 8-10 minutes.
Serve immediately drizzled with brown butter lemon sauce.
