Share them or keep them to yourself; but don’t be shocked at how fast these tasty almonds disappear.
Honey Roasted Almonds:
3 c Whole Raw Almonds
1/4 c Honey
1/4 c Granulated Sugar
Sugar mixture:
1 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 C Granulated Sugar
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Spread raw almonds onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 min at 325*
While they’re cooking, mix sugar and honey into a small sauce pan. Stir well. Let boil for 2 minutes & remove from heat.
Remove almonds from oven & stir them into honey mixture. Coat well.
Spread almonds back onto cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at same temperature. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Drop almonds into sugar & cinnamon mixture. Cover almonds generously.
Serve and enjoy!
